Clients are responsible for booking well in advance of the voucher expiry date to avoid disappointment.
All voucher bookings are subject to availability, and Crowned Studio cannot guarantee preferred dates or times close to expiry.
Vouchers will expire if an appointment is missed or not rescheduled within 48 hours.
Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
